To make a booking at Strathmore Community Hub:

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Room Hire Costs. Knowing which room(s) you want at this stage is VERY handy before you get to the Booking page.
  2. Go to the Calendar page. Check availability. If it looks like we are fully booked (i.e. there's an event on the same night you want to book, try selecting displaying different rooms, it might be only one room is booked and there is still space!)
  3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  4. We can also take bookings via phone or email – in this case you'll need to download a Booking Form and get it to us.
  5. If you want to make a long-term booking, please contact us by phone or email.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and us make your booking run smoothly.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • We reserve the right to ask for payment for your booking before your event.
  • You can cancel your booking online up to 14 days before your booking. After that please give us a call or an email.
  • If you have any special requirements please let us know.
