To make a booking at Shutlanger Village Hall:

1. Read the document: Hall Hire Agreement.
2. If you wish to book a series of dates you will need a Hirer's Account. click here to set one up otherwise, go to the calendar page, check availability by clicking on the plus symbol next to your preferred date and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form and payment is received by the Bookings Secretary the week before your event as the bookings are confirmed online.
