About Victoria jubilee hall Malpas

Situated in the centre of the village with parking to the rear for Hall users and a mesh WiFi for guests that covers most of the building.   This is the only venue available for hire in Malpas with the following range of facilities.

The hall has four meeting rooms of various sizes – Craddock (1), Cholmondeley (2), Cornes (3) and Basement (4)
These rooms can accommodate parties ranging from 8 to 45 people.

The Cholmondeley and Cornes rooms can be combined to create even more space.

Upstairs there is a large Hall that can accommodate up to 130 people.

There are two Kitchens on site; one upstairs and one down stairs complete with ovens, hobs, microwaves and dishwashers. 
These can be hired as required either for the serving of teas and coffees or for the provision of full meals.
China, cutlery and glasses are all available; as are tables and table cloths.

We have a premises licence so you do not have to worry about obtaining one to cover the sale of alcohol however you must advise us if you wish to sell or supply alcohol so the licence can be agreed for your use and there is a modest charge to cover our license costs.

WiFi is provided free of charge to enable you to conduct any sales transactions or internet connection you may require for your business/charity/fundraising events at jubileehall-guest .    The external noticeboard can carry details of a public event at the Hall but to prevent overload you should email your poster to us and it will be put up where there is space.

Many village activities take place in the Hall. With the booking calendar you will be able to see what dates and times are available in the various rooms and the large Hall and we ask that do it online yourself to avoid errors any mistakes with bookings.   The Hall no longer has any telephone provision due to cost.
