About Able

We have 3 rooms in our centre, based in Upper Cwmbran, that are available for hire to other organisations.
Continuing our aims of supporting well-being, we are especially keen to offer them to groups with similar aims, focused on mental and physical health.

Our Creative Space (Hall) is suitable for dance, drama and exercise groups but can also be used for conferences and presentations that seat 50 in a variety of layouts.

Our ILS Suite is suitable for smaller classes 5-10 if dance, drama or exercise. The suite is suitable as a meeting space or class room.

Our Kitchen is available for hire, this is an adapted kitchen suitable for disabled and able cooking sessions or both together with low level wheelchair friendly cooking facilities.
